and Conditions
1. Confirmation of the Tour packages is subject to
receipt of 100% payment . ie. 50% of the payment as
advance and balance on or before arrival.
2. Payment shall be made by demand draft in the name
of “PRINCY TRAVELS” payable at ERNAKULAM
3. Package cost may vary subject to the season
4. The itineraries are suggested tour plans. The company
is only responsible for those services, which are charged
from the guest, in accordance with the selected tour
package.
5. Check in and Check out Timing of the Hotel will be
according to the timing of the respective Hotels.
6. The company is not responsible, nor liable for compensating
any damage, loss or injury caused to the guest while
taking the tour.
7. The company is not responsible, nor liable for compensating
any damage, loss or injury caused to the guest while
talking the tour.
8. Dollor rates are applicable only to foreign nationals
and Indians possessing foreign passports, while the
INR package rates will be applicable to Indian nationals.
9. Smoking and drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited
during the bus journey.
10. Any disputes arising in respect of tour shall be
subject to Ernakulam Jurisdiction only

CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation within 30 Days prior
to the arrival date of the Tour package/ Hotel Booking
/ Transportation : No Retention Charges applicable.
2. Cancellation within 15 Days prior to the arrival
date of the Tour package / Hotel Booking / Transportation:
50 % Retention Charges applicable.
3. Cancellation within 10 Days prior to the arrival
date of the Tour packages / Hotel Booking / Transportation
of Non Utilization of the same : 100% Retention Charges
applicable.
4. The company reserves the right to alter, amend, postpone
or cancel any of the tours mentioned in the brochure,
with out assigning any reason, whatsoever, Under circumstances
of cancellation of any tour by the company. Money paid
by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but
no compensation is payable.
